The Company’s segments are San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E), Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas), Sempra Texas Utilities, Sempra Mexico, and Sempra Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). SDG&E provides electric services and natural gas services. SoCalGas owns and operates a natural gas distribution, transmission and storage system that supplies natural gas. Sempra Mexico segment includes energy infrastructure business. Sempra LNG develops, builds, operates and invests in natural gas liquefaction export facilities, including natural gas pipelines and infrastructure, and buys, sells and transports natural gas through its marketing operations, all within North America. Sempra Texas Utilities includes its investment in Oncor Holdings.
